Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of restart50.plus, operated by Michael Pröschel, Schlehdornstr. 17, 82031 Grünwald, Germany.
2. Subject Matter and Services
The platform provides digital tools and AI-powered functions for career reorientation:
- AI-powered digital orientation assistant
- Structured self-learning programme with modules
- CV creation, cover letter generation, interview preparation
- Application tracker and network management
- Templates and guides (downloads)
The platform does not provide coaching services in the professional-regulatory sense and does not replace personal advice from qualified professionals.
3. Registration
Registration required. Truthful information mandatory. One account per person. Minimum age: 18 years.
4. Free Trial and Subscriptions
7 days free, no automatic conversion to paid subscription. Price changes communicated 30 days in advance by email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
14-day withdrawal right from contract conclusion. Withdrawal via email to kontakt@restart50.plus or contact form.
6. User Obligations
Use only for intended purpose. No automated access, no abuse of AI quota, no multiple accounts.
7. AI-Powered Functions — Disclaimer
All AI-generated content constitutes general orientation aids. It does not replace legal, tax, financial, medical, psychological, or career counselling.
AI-generated content may contain factually incorrect or misleading information. Verification by the user is mandatory.
8. AI Usage Quota
Monthly quota per plan. When exhausted, AI functions are deactivated until the next period. No carry-over of unused quotas.
9. Availability and Data Security
No claim to uninterrupted availability. Industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, backups).
10. Data Protection
According to the separate Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content is copyright protected. AI-generated content permitted for personal use; commercial reuse not allowed.
12. Liability
Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence: max. payments of the last 12 months, up to €500.
13–14. Indemnification & Force Majeure
User indemnifies provider against third-party claims from unlawful use. No liability for force majeure events.
15. Termination and Account Deletion
Cancel anytime at the end of the billing period. Data deletion within 30 days. Data export available beforehand.
16. Discontinuation of Service
90 days advance notice. Prorated refund. Data export available for at least 60 days after last use.
17–20. Additional Provisions
German law applies. Jurisdiction: Munich (for merchants). Terms changes with 30 days notice.
